About Us:
An international scientific institute specialized in specific training fields based in Malaysia and operated by MUTAMD EVENTS SDN. BHD (1085353H)
It seeks to provide specialized training programs that simulate the best means and training needs in the field of specialization in the world. Its programs are presented by a group of the best specialized experts who have great scientific and applied contributions in the fields related to the specializations of the Institute.
In view of the changes that the world has witnessed; which required more focus and specialization care; The institute, which started its work in 20214 AD, has transformed from an institute for training, educational programs, conferences, seminars and scientific publishing through the issuance of refereed academic journals; To an institute specialized in the field of training and to publish studies related to training exclusively, with a focus on only five areas in order to have more influence and effectiveness in the field of specialization.
Vision:
In a world based on smart management and managed only by creative minds and outstanding energies; Life must be made to serve man in smarter ways. and to provide creative experiences to people regardless of race and color, and that can only be done by the person himself. The communicative personality, renewed determination, perseverance, patience, sincerity and the spirit of cooperation are meanings that all balanced human beings have, and our task lies in stimulating it in artistic ways and then directing it in the direction that gives the person sufficient motivation to provide more for himself and his society and guarantees him a sound thought and a decent life.
Mission:
The Institute is interested in working on laying solid foundations for training and development processes, as well as studies and consultations related to them. According to the advanced planning perspective, to achieve comprehensive development that raises the level of individuals and institutions benefiting from its activities, in a manner that ensures a clear reflection on the overall performance of the human resource in its work and its scientific and knowledge activity.
We fully believe that this is achieved through continuous evaluation of our performance level and overall activities to sort and upgrade performance levels to ensure the continued achievement of the vision, mission, and goals.
Objectives:
1- Providing distinguished programs that meet the most demanding and influential training needs in the labor market.
2- Designing training programs that represent a real addition to the participants; to help them achieve a quantum leap in their experience and performance.
3- Achieving a ratio of communication between specialists, experts and trainees in order to achieve the maximum benefit from the development process.
4- Encouraging the distinguished energies of the participants in our training programs and urging them to invest more in the field of self-improvement and increase skills to improve their conditions by developing their personal capabilities.
5-Finding various and advanced forms of competition to serve the objectives of scientific training and programs for developing and upgrading competencies on an ongoing basis.
