• Establish a practical vision for upcoming programs, which will serve as foundational applications for interested institutions.

1. Modern rules, skills, and applications for smart academic management.
2. Key models for applying managerial thinking and their role in holistic university development.
3. The importance of developing the three human resource pillars of a university and parallel action plans to achieve this goal.

Expected Outcomes
