Introduction:
As is the case with all businesses, disciplines, and departments, training institutions and programs need continuous development that simulates what is happening in related fields such as media, digital technologies, means of illustration, and access and communication skills and arts.
The foregoing called us at the Scientific Institute for Advanced Training and Studies; To launch this project, which represents a major transition in the field of professional training and advanced training, in order for this initiative to be a serious attempt to save the world of training from the collapses and setbacks that it has witnessed and is witnessing from time to time due to the many negatives that are not hidden from the knowledgeable, and that we seek to address through this project.

Project Idea:
Bringing together experts and professionals in the field of training and development; According to a new innovative vision; Coordinating between them and introducing them through an elaborate and transparent digital system, in order to intensify their usefulness as experts in the field of training and development, and to benefit society from their expertise and experience; With directing members to the most powerful, latest and most useful means of reaching beneficiaries.

Project Message:
Each project has a sublime cause represented by an idea and a vision that revolves around it, and our main cause in this project is represented in two tracks:
The first: Providing advanced training and development programmes.
The second: the call for the adoption of unified Arab standards for training and development.

Project objectives:
First: Presenting a solid Arab project for advanced training and professional development; It would contribute to achieving a quantum leap and recording a big difference in this field between what came before and what comes after it.
Second: Gathering experts and specialists and intensifying and focusing their efforts with the aim of achieving greater access to the beneficiaries of individuals and institutions and maximizing the training return through several tracks and procedures, foremost of which is reducing waste of Arab human energies and resources.

Project Features:
First: A high quality guarantee in the field of training and development and the training return rate.
Second: Everyone's solidarity by defining the programs offered to ensure real and effective access to the beneficiaries.
Third: Adopting feedback with the efforts of senior experts in reviewing and evaluating programs.
Fourth: Ensuring full transparency in all the details and stages of teamwork.
Fifth: Investing in the organization's network of relationships and all members to achieve the vision and goals.

Terms of membership:
1- Age 30 years and over + university degree.
2- Experience of not less than five years in the field of training (documents). 3- Authoring and publishing a book or two research papers published in scientific journals for the last three years (documents)
4- Undertaking full cooperation and transparency in the field of administrative and media effort with documentation.
5- Ensuring the ability to attend the founding, monthly and emergency meetings via the Internet.
6- Presenting 3-5 topics of one scope and undertaking to formulate a professional scientific material in accordance with the Institute's standards.
7- The ability to prepare high-quality presentation slides with PDF files of the scientific material presented to the beneficiaries.

What SIATS Offers:

The proposed implementation plan:
First: Submitting the following requirements:
1- A short introductory video clip of 1-2 minutes, which will be placed on the Institute's website, along with the CV.
2- An introductory CV (standardized format) that includes a statement of specializations and training experiences
3- A recent, clear photo (passport photo specification) with a white background.
4- Preparing a complete training bag (titles + themes + goals + two A4 pages that explain the most important elements of the training program content in an attractive way)
Second: An introductory workshop on work mechanisms, including how everyone participates in introducing everyone's programs and mechanisms for correspondence with beneficiary institutions, in order to obtain training programs for the benefit of council members.
